This model means attendees are responsible for their share of the total event expenses on a pro-rata basis. In addition, the organizer share of expenses is shared by attendees in recognition of the effort to coordinate the gathering. The Wine Retreat, as structured in the past, is expected to cost $3,000 for an individual and $5,000 for a couple due to rising venue and meal costs. Some adjustments can be made in the planning. Please indicate which cost structures you are interested in
